Frequently asked questions
Is the rotation permanent?
Yes. The page rotation is written into the PDF, so it opens the right way in Acrobat, Preview, Chrome and on phones – not just in your current viewer.
Can I rotate only one page?
Yes. Switch to "Selected pages" and type the page number (e.g. 3), or click that page's thumbnail.
Does rotating reduce quality?
No. Only the page's /Rotate setting changes; text, images and fonts are not re-rendered or recompressed.
What if a page is already rotated?
The new angle is added to the existing one, so rotating a 90° page by another 90° gives 180°.
