Frequently asked questions
Why does my photo show sideways in some apps but not others?
Phones store orientation in an EXIF tag instead of rotating pixels. Apps that ignore the tag show it sideways. Rotating here writes the pixels in the correct orientation, so it looks right everywhere.
Can I rotate many images at once?
Yes. Drop as many files as you like; the same rotation and flip is applied to all of them and you can download them together as a ZIP.
Does rotating by 90° lose quality?
PNG output is lossless. JPG and WebP are re-encoded at high quality (92%), so the difference is not visible.
